Rose Verde is a Pilates instructor based in Westport with extensive experience working with individuals managing conditions such as scoliosis, spondylosis, herniated and bulging discs, as well as pre- and postnatal clients. Rose also specializes in enhancing athletic performance and preventing injuries for athletes, including lacrosse players, tennis players, golfers, and professional dancers.
Rose’s training includes mentorship and apprenticeship under renowned instructors Joanna Telacka and Simona Cipriani, a direct descendant of Romana’s lineage in the Classical Pilates Method. She has also collaborated with physical therapists, further deepening her knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Rose believes that attention to detail—whether in movement, health, or life—can make a profound impact. Her dedication to precision and care ensures her clients feel empowered to take meaningful steps toward their well-being.
